Are you an experienced Shipping Coordinator, with strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced team workplace? This role will be responsible for pulling parts and shipping externally, sending and recording movement of parts/supplies internally, and supporting the overall success of the shipping and receiving department!

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate and schedule freight shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Determine efficient shipping methods using knowledge of routes, rates, and procedures.
- Track shipments, resolve issues (lost, damaged, delayed goods), and maintain accurate records.
- Pack, assemble, and organize goods for shipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Support warehouse operations including picking orders, receiving, unpacking, and inventory record-keeping.

Requirements :

- Minimum three (3) year experience in a full-time Warehousing or Shipping related role; loading and offloading materials to/from delivery trucks; experience with customs documentation
- Must be able to read and understand Bill of Material (BOM)



and shipping documents.
- Excellent knowledge of HS codes and able to define the correct codes for a shipment.
- Strong computer skills - Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- High level of organizational and time management skills, able to work in fast-paced environment under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certificate, preferred.

Pay: $24.00-$31.25 per hour
