Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, managing teams, and delivering consistent service performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations across multiple shifts
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce performance, warehouse management, operational administration and customer service
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery readiness
- Drive process improvements, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and IT teams
- Monitor KPIs, budgets,



and operational performance metrics

Requirements :

- 8+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or food service operations
- Proven ability to manage and develop large teams operations, Customer Service and Admin teams
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, CFIA, WorkSafeBC , and employment standards
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems, Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills
- Data-driven with strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

Work Environment

- On-site role based in Vancouver
- Fast-paced, high-volume warehouse and distribution setting
