- Track recurring issues and escalate patterns to the Senior Purchasing Specialist for vendor performance management

- Align inbound shipments with warehouse scheduling and ensure readiness for receiving

Shipment Visibility & Systems Accuracy

- Track inbound shipments and maintain accurate status updates, ETAs, and exception notes in ERP/WMS systems
- Ensure alignment between system data and actual shipment status
- Maintain organized records of shipments, documentation, and vendor communications for visibility and audit purposes
- Support cost-efficient logistics execution by avoiding unnecessary expedited freight, improving coordination, and minimizing delays.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management,

Warehouse, and external partners to ensure smooth inbound flow
- Support outbound or special logistics coordination as needed, while prioritizing inbound operations
- Contribute to process improvements, SOP adherence, and reporting related to inbound logistics performance
