Job Title : Delivery Driver / Logistics Coordinator - TEMPORARY
Location : Edmonton, AB
Employment Type : Full time, Temp (27 weeks)
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled deliveries to customers across Edmonton and Central/Northern Alberta
- Coordinate and complete product transfers between Delta Water Products’ Edmonton locations
- Load, secure, transport, and unload products safely and efficiently
- Plan and follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Verify delivery contents against invoices and obtain required delivery documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, sales teams, and customers regarding deliveries
- Ensure company vehicles are operated safely and maintained in clean, roadworthy condition
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations
- Represent Delta Water Products professionally at all customer locations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class 3 an asset)
- Previous delivery driving or warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and move products (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Comfortable driving in urban and highway conditions, including longer regional routes
- Basic mechanical or product knowledge an asset (training provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Setting
- Combination of warehouse and driving duties
- Regular weekday schedule with occasional early starts depending on delivery routes
- Exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries
