Job Summary

Duties

- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment
- Pick and pack orders accurately using order picker and warehouse management system (WMS)
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, cranes, and other industrial equipment safely
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and documentation in AS400 or similar systems
- Assist with order fulfillment, packaging, and labeling of products for shipment
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Support warehouse organization by maintaining clean work areas and proper storage practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals in manufacturing or distribution environments

Experience

- Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is highly preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or equivalent platforms
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers




- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
- Experience in shipping & receiving, order picking, packaging, and load & unload procedures
- Background in manufacturing or construction environments is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices

Pay: $16.75-$17.00 per hour
