Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor branch operations to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and achieve sales budgets with the Charlottetown sales team.
- Lead inside and outside sales efforts and participate in sales calls as needed.
- Manage inside sales, technical sales, and warehouse staff, providing regular feedback and support.
- Ensure product pricing and inventory flow align with profit goals.
- Maintain branch cleanliness, staff presentation, and manage shipping/warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely shipments.
- Collaborate with the credit and head office teams on account management, inventory control, and warranty claims.
- Provide market feedback and identify training needs for staff and customers.
Qualifications :
- Experience in HVAC/R industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and optimize branch performance.
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse management.
- Familiarity with credit management and working with head office teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance in a warehouse setting.
- Proficient in using business management software and systems.
