Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure safety and productivity standards are met.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS), and other software tools to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage data accuracy.
- Oversee materials management and procurement activities to ensure timely availability of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with freight carriers, 3PL providers, and internal teams to optimize distribution schedules and reduce lead times.
- Implement process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing safety protocols.
- Monitor budgeting activities related to warehouse operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all warehouse activities.
- Lead demand planning efforts to align inventory levels with forecasted sales and production needs.
- Oversee purchasing activities to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- Manage supply chain logistics including freight forwarding, shipping schedules, and distribution networks.





Requirements :

- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics leadership roles with supervising experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS), and supply chain software tools.
- Familiarity with materials management, order fulfillment processes, procurement, freight coordination, and 3PL operations.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; relevant certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Robust leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles related to warehouse operations.
- Understanding of demand planning and supply chain dynamics to support business growth. This role offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a dynamic warehouse team while contributing significantly to operational excellence within the organization.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
