Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to our company's success.

Duties

- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks
- Perform order picking using RF scanners and hand pickers to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly
- Organize incoming inventory, clear labeling and communication and maintain efficient flow of product.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and maintaining detailed records
- Handle materials with care during heavy lifting activities and ensure proper storage of goods within the warehouse management system
- Support warehouse supervision by maintaining cleanliness, organization,



and safety protocols throughout the facility

Requirements :

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related roles within logistics environments, communication and organization is key
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picking procedures
- Valid certification for forklift operation
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload machinery safely
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment handling
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs or troubleshooting on equipment
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks and extended periods of standing or walking
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving processes within a warehouse setting

Pay: $18.61-$33.09 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 42 per week
