- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload products using equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks, ensuring proper handling and secure placement of items.
- Assist with warehouse activities including shipping & receiving, order picking, packaging, and inventory management using systems like MRP, AS400, or Warehouse Management System.
- Verify orders against shipping documents, ensure accuracy in order fulfillment, and document deliveries appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of delivery vehicles and warehouse areas.
- Support warehouse distribution tasks by managing stock levels and assisting with order fulfillment processes for e-commerce orders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered during routes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management system operations, shipping & receiving, or warehouse distribution is highly desirable.
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks,
or other warehouse equipment preferred.
- Basic math skills for order picking, inventory counts, and measurements.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures including order fulfillment, packaging, and load & unload operations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in e-commerce logistics or order picker roles is advantageous but not required. This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our distribution network by ensuring efficient delivery operations while supporting warehouse functions through various logístical tasks.
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
