Requirements:
- 12 years of experience operating multi-head embroidery machines.
- Experience hooping structured baseball caps and heavy fabrics.
- Must have steel-toe safety shoes.
- Good English communication skills to read and understand work orders.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow workplace safety rules including no loose clothing or hanging jewelry around active machinery.
