Porsche Halifax is looking for an experienced Service and Parts Manager to join our team. As a Service and Parts Manager your role is about more than managing departments it is about setting the standard for excellence. You will lead Service and Parts operations develop high-performing teams drive financial performance and deliver the premium customer experience expected from the Porsche brand. How you will make an impact:

- Lead daily Service and Parts operations ensuring efficient workflows strong productivity and alignment with dealership and manufacturer standards

- Deliver a premium customer experience by setting high service standards and resolving escalated concerns professionally

- Coach mentor and develop team members while establishing clear expectations accountability and performance goals

- Manage budgets forecasts expenses and gross margins to improve profitability and operational efficiency

- Oversee parts purchasing ordering pricing inventory control and stock levels to support departmental performance

- Maintain service quality warranty processes and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

- Support recruitment onboarding and ongoing team development to build a high-performing customer-focused workforce





- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation workplace safety requirements Porsche manufacturer standards warranty procedures and company policies

What drives your success:

- You have proven leadership experience within an automotive dealership Service and/or Parts Department

- You have a robust understanding of dealership operations inventory management logistics warranty processes and financial controls

- You have demonstrated success leading teams improved performance and achieving departmental targets

- You are experienced in managing budgets analyzing financial reports and maximizing profitability

- You understand manufacturer standards vehicle service requirements and applicable industry regulations

- You have exceptional communication customer service problem-solving and relationship-building skills

- You are analytical organized accountable and results-driven with strong time-management skills

- You have a valid drivers license and a clean drivers abstract

- Previous senior management experience overseeing both Service and Parts is a strong asset

- Experience in a premium or luxury automotive dealership environment is an advantage
