Responsibilities

- Provide planning consulting technical analysis design deployment development testing implementation maintenance upgrades and daily support of middleware products.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

1. Core Skills and Experience (40%)

- Minimum 7 years of experience in middleware/integration technologies in complex enterprise environments

- Proven experience designing implementing and supporting integration solutions using middleware platforms

- Deep understanding of system integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous REST SOAP event-driven messaging)

- Strong problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting across multiple systems and layers (application middleware infrastructure)

- Experience supporting mission-critical systems with high availability and performance requirements





2. Technical Skills and Experience (30%)

- Expertise in middleware platforms such as IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) IBM WebSphere MuleSoft Azure Integration Services or similar ESBs

- Experience with API Gateway and Management platforms (e.g. IBM API Connect Azure APIM)

- Proficiency in working with messaging and event platforms (e.g. MQ Kafka JMS Event Grid)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) and hybrid integration scenarios

- Knowledge of security protocols and integration (OAuth2.0 SAML mutual TLS API keys)

- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint Microsoft Dynamics CRM Siebel Curam or other COTS solutions

- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (e.g. Shell Python Ansible Terraform) for middleware deployment and operations

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in integration environments

3. Communication and Documentation Skills (20%)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Experience developing clear accurate and comprehensive technical documentation

- Ability to translate business integration needs into technical requirements and solution designs

- Solid collaboration skills with a track record of working in cross-functional teams and leading technical discussions
