The Q Fish & Chips in Wingham, Ontario, is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team member to help with kitchen duties and front counter service.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the workplace clean, is responsible, dependable, and willing to learn.

Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Assist with basic food preparation and daily kitchen duties.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly customer service.
- Handle payments and operate the cash register.
- Help prepare and package takeout orders.
- Keep the kitchen, front counter, and work areas clean, tidy, and organized.
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Work together with other team members during busy periods.
- Assist with other general restaurant duties as needed.

Requirements

- Cleanliness and positive personal hygiene are very important.
- Responsible, honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Friendly, respectful, and willing to learn.
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Comfortable helping with both kitchen and front counter duties.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
