Requirements
- Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites (TCP)
- Clean driver's abstract and Driver Factor Report (LCT)
- Minimum of 6 months of TCP experience or 1 year of LCT experience, depending on the position
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with drivers, pedestrians, and team members
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety
