Tantramar Chevrolet is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Amherst, Nova Scotia As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. You will guide customers through the service process, provide estimates and repair recommendations, and work closely with our technicians to ensure every customer feels informed and confident in the care of their vehicle. • Listen to customers and help identify their vehicle service and repair needs
• Prepare repair orders and clearly document customer concerns and required services
• Develop accurate estimates for parts, materials, and labour
• Explain recommended repairs, estimates, warranties, and service coverage to customers
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and answer any questions or concerns
• Work closely with technicians and the service team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
• Build robust customer relationships by delivering a welcoming and professional service experience What drives your success:
• You have at least one year of customer service experience
• You have previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, which is considered an asset
• You are a strong communicator and listener who enjoys building relationships
• You are organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
• You are eager to learn and continue developing your automotive knowledge
