As a Personal Support worker, you will not only be looking after the clients, you will be a part of an amazing team, that promotes a culture of recognition, appreciation, respect, leadership, learning, and ongoing support. We are looking for a few Personal Support Workers to provide care for our client in their home that is bed ridden and uses a hoyer lift. Must be comfortable using hoyer lift on own. We are looking for 3-4 psws to divide the following shifts throughout the week: Shifts: Mondays: 8:00am-10:00am 12:00pm-2:00pm 7:00pm-9:00pm Tuesdays: 8:00am-11:00am 3:00pm-9:00pm Wednesdays: 9:00am-3:00pm 7:00pm-9:00pm Thursdays: 8:00am-11:00am 3:00pm-9:00pm Fridays: 8:00am-10:00am 12:00pm-2:00pm 7:00pm-9:00pm Saturdays: 9:00am-1:00pm 4:00-9:00pm Sundays:



8:00am-10:00am 12:00pm-2:00pm 7:00pm-9:00pm Responsibilities
• ADLs
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Shopping and errands
• Medication Reminders
• Using Hoyer lift to transfer client
• Provide companionship to clients
• Ability to follow a care plan
• Documentation/Charting Qualifications
• Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Hoper lift experience a must. Must be comfortable using it on own in client's home.
• Current CPR/First Aid training
• Current Police Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Screen or be willing to obtain one.
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Access to the internet/mobile phone.
• Reliable and Experienced
