We're two sisters whose families share one home, and we're looking for a warm, energetic, experienced nanny to care for our two little girls, who will be about 11 to 13 months old when you start. This is a full time, live-out role in Eastlake Oakville, starting January 2027. The girls are only weeks apart in age, so the ideal person will be comfortable caring for two babies at the same stage, with all the feeding, napping and early-walking needs that come with it. Prior experience with twins or multiple young children is a strong asset. Day to day, you'll be fully responsible for both girls' care and routine: feeding, diapering, naps, outings, and age-appropriate play that supports their development. We love a Montessori-inspired approach and avoid screen-time, so we're hoping for someone who enjoys simple, hands-on activities, encourages independence, and keeps an orderly, child-friendly environment. You'll also prepare light, healthy meals and snacks for the girls and handle child-related housekeeping,



such as tidying play areas, washing bottles and dishes, folding the girls' laundry, and keeping their spaces clean and organized. The right candidate is patient, reliable, and has a genuinely positive attitude. You communicate openly with parents, follow consistent routines across two families, and stay calm when both babies need you at once.
