We're a small family looking for a warm, reliable caregiver to help look after our 1.5 year old toddler while Mom is at work and Dad is working from home. We need someone who can be fully present and hands-on with our little one. Dad will be nearby but heads-down in work and unable to supervise. Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 10:00 AM
- 6:00 PM. We're flexible and open to discussing hours that work for the right candidate. What we're looking for:
- Previous experience caring for infants and toddlers (12 month age range is a plus)
- CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification
- Valid police/vulnerable sector check (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting)
- Reliable, punctual, and communicative
- Comfortable working in a home where a parent is present but unavailable
- Warm,

- Experience with a Montessori approach of working with toddlers
