What you'll do
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Web3 payment products including virtual and physical spend/ OTC , QR scan, Earn, payments, and user experience optimization.
• Deeply understand the Visa and MasterCard network, including integration processes, settlement flows, security, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to design and refine KYC processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across different regions.




• Work closely with growth and marketing teams to develop and execute user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies for card users.
• Analyze product and user data to drive continuous improvements in product experience and business metrics.
• Explore and drive innovation in Web3-native use cases for spend/ OTC , such as on-chain top-ups, NFT-linked cards, and decentralized identity integrations.

What you'll need
• 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or internet product management;
• Positive understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including wallets, on-chain transactions, and basic blockchain concepts.
• Proven experience in driving user growth with structured product methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; able to manage international partners and teams.
