Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Attend conference calls and develop account contacts
- Understand customer businesses and communicate Quadbridge value
- Review backorder ETAs and propose comparable solutions
- Update assigned pipelines and manage deal registrations
Requirements:
- Customer service experience of two to four years
- Interest in directly impacting business results
