This Flight Coordinator prepares quotes, assembles itineraries, and coordinates the logistics surrounding client trips. You will manage incoming correspondence, support passenger and crew requirements, and communicate timely updates. The position reports to the Manager of Flight Coordination, with aviation experience considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare client quotes using routing, cost, and company software
- Build flight itineraries and coordinate complete trip logistics
- Arrange passenger ground transportation and catering services
- Coordinate permits,



customs confirmations, fuel, and ground handling
- Ensure flights meet Anderson Air authorization and release requirements

Requirements:

- Customer service experience of three or more years
- Proactive understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective team collaboration
- Skilled ethics and conduct with internal and external representatives
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
