Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound inquiries by phone, email and web lead
- Recommend wine storage, cooling and accessory solutions
- Look up products and manage customer information in Shopify
- Process showroom,
phone and online order inquiries accurately
- Follow up on quotes, questions and open opportunities
Requirements:
- Three or more years in technical, inside or showroom sales
- Hands-on Shopify and Shopify POS experience
- Comfort learning specifications, sizing and applications
- Accurate quote, order and customer note preparation
- Skilled, reliable and organized work style
