Drive personal and team sales at La Vie en Rose through customer support, product knowledge, and retail team leadership. This permanent role is full time.

You will support the assistant manager and manager while helping your team achieve shared sales goals. Your work includes welcoming customers, explaining product quality and features, coordinating daily activities, and keeping the store running smoothly. You will also contribute to recruitment, training, visual presentation, and administrative reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customers with warm welcomes and informed product guidance
- Achieve personal sales goals with company training support
- Keep teams informed about shared sales objectives




- Build high-performance teams through recruitment and preparation
- Open and close the store according to responsibilities

Requirements:

- Previous retail team management experience
- Ability to motivate teams toward sales goals
- Sociable, communicative, and cooperative approach
- Interest in lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear
- Functional bilingualism considered an asset
