This Distribution Centre Prime Associate position combines primary orderfilling duties with training responsibilities. You will facilitate classes, provide on-the-job support, complete observation assessments, and operate Material Handling Equipment. Daily activities also require Vocollect systems, 5090 shipping lane computers, and TC70s using the MM program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline training to recent and existing associates
- Support operational functions through on-the-job coaching
- Maintain orderfilling performance and picking accuracy
- Operate Material Handling Equipment during assigned duties
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping programs
Requirements:
- Be eighteen years of age or older
- Lift up to fifty pounds repeatedly for up to ten hours
- Use Vocollect headset and orderfilling technology
- Use 5090 computers and TC70s with the MM program
- Have steel-toed safety footwear for the first day
