This Lifestyle and Programs Supervisor role coordinates programming across six dimensions of wellness. You will develop calendars, newsletters, events, outings, and resident communications. You will also connect with residents, coordinate volunteers and partners, and identify concerns, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate wellness programs reflecting residents’ interests
- Develop calendars, newsletters, events, outings, and communications
- Coordinate volunteers and community partners




- Respond to resident concerns and elevate significant issues
- Monitor participation, safety, quality, risks, and improvements

Requirements:

- Education in recreation, gerontology, social work, or relevant experience
- One to three years in retirement living, long-term care, or healthcare
- Program coordination experience
- Experience guiding employees or volunteers
- Robust community-relations, communication, planning, and service skills
