This Financial Services Representative II serves Personal and Business Banking clients at CIBC. You will clarify their goals, advise on financial solutions, and strengthen relationships through authentic engagement. The work includes supporting cash management, credit, investments, wealth protection, and mobile banking adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients’ financial and personal goals
- Provide informative, tailored service and recommendations
- Advise clients on cash management, credit, and investments
- Conduct outreach and grow community networks
- Help clients manage banking needs through mobile applications
Requirements:
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
- Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
- At least one year of client and sales experience
- Passion for people, learning, and trusted relationships
- Flexibility for full-time on-site work and multiple centres
Use financial planning, client service, critical thinking, and technology knowledge to guide CIBC clients toward their goals.
