Within the Consulting team, you help deliver recruitment mandates for a diverse client base. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you research talent, conduct prescreening, prepare summaries, and coordinate selection steps. Success requires detail, prioritization, interpersonal skills, and comfort managing multiple files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research talent pools, networks, and recruitment sources
- Conduct candidate outreach based on target profiles
- Review inbound and sourced candidate applications
- Prepare client interview summaries and coordinate interviews
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement
- Two to four years recruitment, staffing, or HR administration experience
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- French and English proficiency for Canadian collaboration
