This hourly Inventory Supervisor leads Inventory Associates while delivering service to new and existing customers. The work combines customer relationship management, inventory counting, varied scheduling, and travel. Candidates should bring leadership, training, retail or warehouse experience, and a hands-on management style.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Inventory Associates during assigned inventory work
- Maintain effective relationships with business customers
- Deliver service to existing and recent customers
- Perform inventory counts when not supervising
- Work varied schedules and travel to customers

Requirements:

- Leadership and training skills
- High computer literacy
- Driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Retail or warehouse experience is an asset
- Goal-oriented, interpersonal, team-focused approach
