Reactive Quoted Work coordination and customer follow-up anchor this hybrid Honeywell position in Lachine, QC or Burnaby, BC. Support efficient service delivery.

As a Customer Support Management Qualified, you will drive SPOT growth through quoting, delivery, billing, and reporting. You will prepare proposals, secure pricing, coordinate field execution, and monitor open opportunities. Daily interaction includes Field Service Professionals, supervisors, sales, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate proposals for medium-high complexity opportunities
- Obtain parts, subcontractor, and special pricing
- Follow up on proposals, approvals, orders, and feedback
- Coordinate customer setup, work orders, dispatch, and schedules




- Ensure job completion, documentation, billing, and closeout

Requirements:

- Three years in a customer support-centric relevant role
- Post-secondary education completed
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and basic project management skills
- Customer service, sales, or account management experience
