The Apprentice General Manager assists with day-to-day restaurant operations while learning General Manager responsibilities. You will help create schedules, manage P&L; activities, forecast sales, recruit, and interview. You will also uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as leader on duty during restaurant shifts
- Ensure digital orders arrive accurately and on time
- Create and manage restaurant schedules
- Forecast sales and support P&L; management
- Recruit, interview, and develop crew members

Requirements:

- Genuine enthusiasm for leading and developing people

- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Availability for a standard 50-hour workweek
