As a Registration Services Senior Associate, you will manage client service activities for alternative investment fund managers. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, supporting meetings and presentations, and maintaining robust client relationships. You will also oversee service KPIs, resolve operational issues, and coordinate successful client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client inquiries and serve as escalation point
- Support client meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Maintain client relationships for Registration Services




- Ensure KPIs are established and understood
- Coordinate onboarding, conversions, and client changes

Requirements:

- Three to five years of related industry experience
- Transfer agency, fund of funds, or fund accounting experience
- Knowledge of hedge fund products
- Exposure to hedge fund audits and pricing
- Knowledge of subscription, redemption, and transfer documents
