Support store investigations and Organized Retail Crime reporting as a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent at TJX Canada. Work with CCTV and store teams.

Based at TJX Canada’s Mississauga location, this position focuses on retail surveillance, external losses, and internal investigation support. You will collaborate with Organized Retail Crime Investigators, Regional Internal Investigators, Supply-chain Investigators, Loss Prevention Remote Investigators, and District Managers. Customer service remains part of the store presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV and floor walking
- Collaborate on repeat-offender and organized-group investigations
- Report alert signals to Regional Internal Investigators




- Support investigations involving potential supply-chain losses
- File external incidents with law enforcement when required

Requirements:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Provincial security license required for employment
- Related security, military, or loss prevention background encouraged
- Law enforcement students and related studies encouraged
- Positive driving record preferred with valid driver’s license
