Recruit commission-only sales representatives through direct outreach, screening, and relationship-building for Skynet Wireless Inc.’s expanding Field Sales Division. Work in British Columbia or Ontario.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support hiring from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. The work emphasizes candidate sourcing, structured assessment, transparent communication about commission-based compensation, and consistent pipeline management. You will collaborate with sales leaders on staffing priorities, territory needs, and training capacity, while partnering with hiring managers and the HR Generalist. Additional recruitment support may include retail, business sales, and other group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explain responsibilities, compensation, expectations, and working conditions
- Screen candidates for communication, motivation, and resilience




- Coordinate interviews, references, offers, and onboarding handoffs
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations
- Evaluate channels and improve advertisements and engagement

Requirements:

- Two to five years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Commission-based or door-to-door sales recruiting experience is advantageous
- Ability to assess candidates against transparent job requirements
- Excellent outreach, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
- Post-secondary Human Resources or Business education is an asset
