We are seeking a Digital Producer to support our upcoming CG Animated Feature Film. The Digital Producer is responsible for the overall progress of the picture production from story through to delivery, including appropriate resourcing, financial tracking and internal reporting, studio reporting, production milestones and strategy, and associated marketing. Lead high-level planning, scheduling, and overall project definitions across teams and locations. Create and define overall project milestones and ensure these are communicated to relevant team members Inspire, mentor, teach, and manage production management teams and large creative groups with proactive communication and diplomacy. Plan, monitor, and manage the production of assets and shots to ensure timely delivery within budget and schedule parameters. Partner with Producers, VFX Supervisors, and HODs on turnover bidding, technique assessments, and creative methodology. Prepare and distribute crew plans, schedules, and resource requests in coordination with Artist Management and Technology. Ensure all projects are properly logged into tracking/asset management systems and follow studio best practices. Provide constructive feedback to Artist Management on crew performance and identify training needs with HOP. Participate in casting,



resourcing, and recruiting efforts for project needs. Collaborate with grace, humility, inclusion, and open-mindedness Oversee workflows and production communication that help integrate the three physical locations working on one film. Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) digital and animation pipelines and production principles (e.g., 'Solid skills in database, spreadsheet, and project tracking systems. Hybrid Role (Minimum requirement of 3 days a week in the office). The overall market range for this role is typically $161,000k-214,000 CAD. we do not have bonuses.
