Build fire alarm expertise with Levitt-Safety as a Junior Fire Alarm Technician supporting BC customer sites. Develop inspection, testing, and repair skills alongside experienced technicians.

This junior technician position supports residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial customers throughout the region. You will assist with fire alarm maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and corrective actions. The work develops practical knowledge of applicable CAN/ULC Standards while addressing fire and life safety concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with fire alarm inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair
- Help identify deficiencies and support troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Complete inspection reports, service documentation, and records accurately




- Work alongside experienced technicians to develop practical skills
- Provide professional customer service and address safety concerns

Requirements:

- Some fire alarm service experience or relevant technical education
- CFAA certification required or close to completion
- Basic fire alarm systems knowledge and interest in NFPA Standards
- Valid driver’s licence and satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Solid communication, customer service, and technology skills
