Reporting to the Manager, Financial ERP, the D365 Business System Analyst translates business requirements into solutions. The position focuses on accounting operations, system configuration, integrations, and financial process improvements. It supports enhancement delivery across the full project life cycle, from analysis through maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze D365 accounting operations, configuration, and integrations
- Diagnose weaknesses affecting efficiency, accuracy, and controls
- Prepare Finance requirements and functional specifications
- Support design,



testing, training, deployment, and maintenance
- Serve as D365 F&O; subject matter expert

Requirements:

- Minimum two to three years of work experience
- Solid knowledge of accounting operations and principles
- Experience working in a Financial ERP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
