Build employer relationships and promote UBC Science Co-op through marketing, outreach, and interview coordination in a hybrid work arrangement. Support Canadian and international employers while helping Science students secure work placements.

As Employer Liaison and Marketing Assistant, you will strengthen employer engagement with the Science Co-op Program. You will manage social media, website content, email campaigns, and employer communications. The position also coordinates interviews, supports branding materials, and contributes to outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote Science Co-op programs and processes to employers
- Develop email campaigns and source suitable job opportunities
- Maintain employer contacts and communication histories accurately
- Coordinate interviews, cancellations,



conflicts, and interview rooms
- Manage social media, website updates, contests, and publications

Requirements:

- High school graduation and two-year post-secondary diploma
- Four years of related experience or equivalent education
- Marketing, employer outreach, or co-op experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of HTML and Drupal website maintenance tools
