Administer ICBC’s Splunk platform while improving monitoring visibility across critical services in a hybrid North Vancouver position. Apply troubleshooting and observability expertise daily.

This permanent full time Technical Specialist supports Operational Resilience at ICBC. You will manage Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud capabilities, including ingestion, indexing, dashboards, alerting, and integrations. The work also covers Dynatrace, SCOM, Aternity, Omnibus, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot ICBC’s Splunk setting
- Provide Level 3 support and perform root cause analysis
- Design monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
- Develop scripts, integrations, and automation for administration
- Support upgrades, testing, documentation,



and incident reviews

Requirements:

- Hands-on Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud administration experience
- Experience with ingestion, dashboards, reporting, alerting, and analytics
- Experience supporting Dynatrace or similar observability platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Technical project leadership and cross-workgroup collaboration experience
