As an Operations Supervisor, you will support store success through active floor management and performance-based leadership. You will assign shifts, review results, communicate sales goals, and provide feedback. The role also includes payroll monitoring, inventory processes, POS use, and team development.

- Coach selling skills, behaviors, and processes
- Monitor payroll, timesheets, inventory, and receiving processes

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or degree
- Two-four years of prior retail management experience
- Apparel or specialty store experience
- Prior computerized POS system experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
