Drive dealer growth from Northlake Financial’s Barrie office through prospecting, relationship building, and automotive finance sales across Canada. This role is fully in office.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage a designated region and build a book of business. You will encourage dealer adoption of Northlake programs and support applications toward approval and funding. Success depends on deal volume and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect dealers and create buy-in for Northlake Financial services
- Build dealer relationships through meaningful client experiences
- Resolve issues using listening, questions, and empathy
- Recommend products supporting dealers’ financial goals
- Achieve assigned metrics and exceed performance expectations
Requirements:
- Two or more years of related sales experience
- Indirect automotive, consumer lending, or financial services experience preferred
- Business or Commerce post-secondary education preferred
- Valid driver’s license and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
