Plan meaningful activities at La Fontana Dementia Nursing Home using creativity and communication to support residents in Martock. The role includes alternate weekends.

As an Activities Coordinator, you will enhance daily life through person centred activities promoting wellbeing, independence, and social interaction. You will support up to 76 residents receiving specialist Dementia and Nursing care, tailoring group and one to one programmes to interests, abilities, and care needs. Training and support are provided for experienced candidates and newcomers to care.

Requirements:
