Fleet Services Supervisor in Saskatoon, coordinate repairs and maintenance while supporting shop employees, operations, and Journeyperson duties as required. Guide work safely.

Under Superintendent supervision, this position leads Fleet Services employees within the City of Saskatoon's Transportation and Construction Division. The supervisor assigns tasks, mentors staff, coordinates stakeholders, and oversees fleet repairs, preventative maintenance inspections, and shop operations. The role also participates in regular Journeyperson duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign daily work and supervise shop employees
- Provide mentorship and support staff development
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, units, and parts




- Direct mechanical repairs and monitor shop operations
- Promote protected practices and participate in investigations

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education
- Valid applicable Journeyperson designation
- Five years related experience, including three supervisory years
- Valid WHMIS certificate and Saskatchewan Class 3A licence
- Current SGI abstract and physical ability for assigned duties
