In this analytical, service‑driven role, you will help ensure seamless feed program execution for our customers while shaping positive outcomes through smart planning, data‑driven decision‑making, and proactive communication. In this role, you will own the full customer experience for your assigned Poultry customer base. You will manage end‑to‑end feed program execution-using multiple systems (including M3) to analyze data, anticipate upcoming orders, plan production needs, coordinate with operations and sales, and proactively reach out to customers when feed levels are low. You will represent Trouw Nutrition with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, delivering both good and difficult news when required, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and service. You combine robust analytical capabilities with excellent relationship‑building skills, and you're confident working independently while collaborating effectively with production, logistics, sales, and other internal partners. You're personable,



proactive, digitally savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
