Support compensation analysis at Fiera Capital using advanced Excel, data reconciliation, and precise calculations in a hybrid work workplace. This contract role requires four office days weekly.

The Associate, Compensation supports the Advisor, Compensation with daily compensation program delivery. You will gather, validate, and analyze data for commission and incentive payment cycles. The work spans Distribution, Public Markets, and Private Wealth, while supporting Payroll and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and calculate compensation plans across business areas
- Gather, validate, and reconcile commission payment data
- Maintain compensation data and perform integrity checks
- Prepare Payroll files for accurate, timely processing




- Conduct recurring and ad hoc compensation analyses

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Two to four years of analytical experience
- Advanced Excel formulas, pivots, lookups, and validation
- Strong quantitative skills and exceptional attention to detail
- French and English communication skills
