Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate GET behaviours and promote positive associate morale
- Maintain checkout availability and manage front-end lines
- Coach associates with training, tools, guidance, and recognition




- Communicate goals and priorities from store leadership
- Operate cash machines and train cashiers accordingly

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of retail or cash experience preferred
- Interpersonal, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to follow safety and loss prevention procedures
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
