Clean and maintain Central City Lodge as a Regular Part Time Housekeeping Aide, using wet mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting skills. This afternoon position works 1430-2230.

Reporting to the Manager, Support Services or delegate, the Housekeeping Aide maintains assigned facility areas to required housekeeping standards. Duties include light and heavy cleaning, resident-room care, linen handling, and replenishing supplies. The position also uses hand methods and power equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and disinfect carpets, floors, stairways, walls, and windows
- Clean fixtures, ceilings, vents, blinds, frames, and ledges
- High dust or vacuum pipes, lights, and ventilators
- Clean resident rooms, washrooms, furniture, and surrounding areas
- Collect soiled linen and replenish soap and paper supplies

Requirements:

- Grade 10 or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Deal effectively with others
- Operate related equipment and organize work
- Physical ability to carry out position duties
