- 37.5 hours a week,Monday-Friday, 3 days OnSite

Join the Canadian marketing team at SAP Concur as a Marketing Coordinator. We're looking for a proactive, highly organized marketing professional to support digital campaigns, content localization, website updates, social media, and broader marketing initiatives- and can hit the ground running

What You Will Be Doing

- Coordinate content localization and marketing materials for the Canadian market.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with attention to detail.
- Maintain and update website content using content management systems (Drupal experience is an asset).
- Assist with social media planning, publishing, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create, edit, and proofread marketing content, presentations, and communications materials.
- Leverage digital tools, marketing technologies, and AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and support content development.

Who You Are

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, including internships, co-ops, or early-career marketing roles.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to follow through on commitments and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,



with French/English bilingualism highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence learning and utilizing recent digital tools and technologies.
- A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support a wide range of marketing projects.
- Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, marketing automation tools, or generative AI solutions is considered an asset.
