This Maintenance Supervisor supports skilled trades and Production within a manufacturing facility serving utility and energy markets. The work includes equipment troubleshooting, CMMS administration, work orders, safety coordination, and continuous improvement activities. The position also supports facility services, shutdown planning, and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review equipment performance and coordinate repairs for downtime issues
- Support skilled trades and Production in maintaining equipment uptime
- Generate work orders, schedule work, source parts, and follow up
- Coordinate trades schedules, vacation requests, and shift changes
- Manage vendors, shutdown planning, inspections, and building repairs
Requirements:
- Technical post-secondary diploma or degree
- Two or more years of manufacturing experience
- Experience coordinating work with skilled trades
- CMMS experience and solid organizational skills
