Drive Fortinet renewal sales through Salesforce and customer communication. Support commercial and mid enterprise accounts across an assigned Canadian territory.
As a Renewals Sales Representative, you will manage operational functions across the full renewal sales cycle. You will guide customers, field sales representatives, territory account managers, channel partners, and distributors. Your work supports FortiGuard and FortiCare license renewals, account reviews, quoting, upselling, and customer engagement. The position is quota carrying and tied to territory renewal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support current and expired Security and Support license renewals
- Cross sell and upsell Fortinet products during renewal discussions
- Contact customers and partners to book renewal review meetings
- Generate asset reports, quotes,
and proactive upsell quotes
- Manage renewal inquiries through email, phone, and lead records
Requirements:
- Technical degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field
- One or more years of renewals, sales, or operations experience
- Intermediate Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint expertise
- Knowledge of cybersecurity terminology and commonly used products
- Understanding of B2B channel and direct sales motions
