As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will promote Battlefield’s safety culture across the region. The work includes preventive programs, incident reporting, audits, and safety training. You will support operations, supervisors, committees, and customers while applying occupational health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model safe, environmentally sound, and healthy workplace behaviours
- Develop preventive programs, policies, procedures, and action plans
- Support supervisors with safety instruction, inquiries, and training
- Administer inspections, audits, incident reporting,



and claims management
- Analyze trends and recommend corrective safety measures

Requirements:

- At least two years’ training experience
- Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory safety requirements
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong documentation skills
- Full G Class licence, clean abstract, and travel willingness
